If applicable, any payments for using the Service are subject to Plogbook’s Subscription Agreement. Payment terms will be outlined in the Subscription Agreement and will take precedence over conflicting terms in this Agreement.
Plogbook’s Privacy Policy, available at www.plogbook.com/privacy, governs the collection and use of your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Plogbook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“User Data”). However, by submitting data, you grant Plogbook a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display the data for the purpose of providing the Service.
Plogbook implements reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure.
Plogbook reserves the right to delete User Data after account termination or as required by applicable law.
Plogbook may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease, and Plogbook may delete your User Data.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plogbook’s liability for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Plogbook reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Constitution of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
